Social Media Management

For small or medium-sized businesses in particular, social media provides a great opportunity to drive traffic to websites without breaking the bank.
Facebook and Instagram are two of the most popular mobile platforms. People spend one out of every five minutes on Instagram and Facebook. You can’t get that kind of reach anywhere else.

Campaigns that run across both Facebook and Instagram result in similar or better performance for website clicks, website conversions, video views and mobile app installs than those that run on just one.

Advertising Process

1. Strategy and Planning

The first step is to come up with a clear, purposeful strategy. We must determine your objective. Is it awareness, or traffic, views, lead generation, or conversions? This is when I will review your content, products/services, and assess which social platforms are a good fit based on your business objectives.
I will use your customer data to craft a message that will deliver the best content for your audience (ad copy, blog posts, photos, videos, etc.) If you don’t have customer data yet, no worries. We’ll be able to narrow down your audience and test in order to define it even further.

2. Create Engaging Content

Most companies don’t take the time to fully understand their customers and the stories behind their problems. I market to the right customers, not just anyone, by creating engaging ads that resonates with your audience on a personal level. This will trigger them to take action.

3. Research Trending Hashtags

Trending hashtags increase brand awareness and helps track how your social campaigns are performing.

4. Create A Content Schedule

So once I’ve finished creating engaging content, it’s time to set up a pre-planned content schedule. Scheduling allows us to continually drive traffic to your website from various platforms.

5. Split Testing

Everything we do gets split-tested to make sure we’re choosing the specific strategy that will work best for you.

6. Track and Measure Success

Now it’s time to start measuring success. My goal is to help you get the best ROI as quickly as possible. You will receive monthly reports to measure clicks and engagement. Once I’ve collected enough data, you will receive recommendations for areas you can improve or notifications of successes. We can also track competitors and industry trends from different social networks.

7. Creating and Testing Continues

The creating-testing loop really never ends. Your business is changing, and so is the industry and your audience. We’ll need to change with them. We’re constantly looking at your data to make sure we learn everything you need to know about your customers, like who they are, what makes them click a link and why they need your product. We’ll create content as needed based on the results.
